I can't sleep till 11pm or 12 midnight but go to bed at 9pm. Wake up at 7 to get my daughter to school, then come home and go back to sleep till noon. I am always tired and can't wait to go back to bed. I have no energy and hate living like this. I used to be active and go to the gym, now I can barely do anything active without being exhausted. I drink caffeine to stay awake other wise I can't function. Again I hate living like this, it's torture. I'm in school an have alot of stress and I'm worn down alot. All I want to do is sleep. I'm tired of being tired.

Please note that a lot of adrenal fatigue symptoms are also symptoms of heavy metal toxicity. Heavy metals come from a variety of sources and affect sufferers differently. The most common metals are mercury (for example from silver fillings) and lead (for example from old pipe fixtures or old paint).

I was sick for decades and no doctor could help me. It wasn't until I replaced my 12 silver fillings and began chelating that I started to feel better.

Doctors generally do not consider heavy metals as a widespread problem and the heavy metal tests they use are of questionable reliability. If you have the symptoms described above, please find out more about heavy metals and their effects. It may be the solution to your health troubles.

I am 43 years old, type 1 diabetic. I feel absolutely exhausted all the time. I have recently had a thyroid function test and that has come back normal. I had a kidney removed 2 years ago due to kidney cancer and the adrenal gland and surrounding lymph nodes were also removed. I have very heavy legs and my arms and even fingers ache. All I want to do is sleep and find it really difficult to get up in the morning. My doctor keeps telling me its my diabetes but I know my body and I know it isnt that. Could it be adrenal fatigue knowing that I only have one?

This list describes me to a "T". Doctors have said everything from Cushings, to Fibromyalgia, to high coritosl levels, to depression...always an amalgam of diagnosis but never anything definitive. I always feel run down and tired even after a long nights sleep. (And it's hard to even get out of bed most days...) Then long days filled with high stress that I cannot handle followed by practically falling asleep at my desk at 2pm every day..I could go on and on because reading that list is like looking in a mirror. I filled out the questionaire and hope to receive my email soon. Now I feel like I have something to go to the doctor with...Thanks for the information.
