  2. Ginseng is good but I find that Rhodiola works more quickly and effectively for me. I like to take the two supplements in alternate cycles of about 2-3 weeks and this seems to counter the effect of the body getting used to one.

  3. I was told that any stimulant is hard on the adrenals. Please let me know if ginseng is ok.

  4. Ginseng is ok. In fact many forms of Ginseng can be found in a variety of adrenal fatigue supplements. I tend to agree with Ironbuddy based on personal experience. Rhodiola seems work better for me.
